Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We hope you enjoy your journey shopping at municmall.com. We strive to present the product information as accurate as possible by taking information directly from manufacturer's/supplier’s website. Information on this page is subjected to change without prior notice. Actual colour and final product look may differ from the pictures due to lighting, photography effects, wood grain, marble streak, weave material/colour/ shine and finish.  Final dimension may differ especially for handmade products. All materials and images remain the property and copyright of their respective owners.

Return Policy 

If you received your item in defective condition and have highlighted it to the team upon delivery, we will provide refurbishment or resolution for all minor defects. For major defects (broken wood, cracked glass etc) we are able to provide a one time replacement set. The replacement item may take 4-8 weeks for ready made items or 6-10 weeks for custom-made items.

For all returns to our warehouse, logistics and handling fees will be borne by Buyers.

Munic Mall has full discretion to decide if an item is in a condition suitable for return, and reserves the right to reject a return if the item is deemed unfit.

Strictly no return and no refund for change-of-mind.

Goods sold are non-exchangeable.  In this way, buyers are assured that the item/s they received is/are not another buyer's returned product/s. 

Defects Report

Any claims will have to be emailed to service@municmall.com attached with photos/videos of defects and order number within 24 hours after delivery. Please provide a photograph of the whole item (the whole item should be visible in the photograph). A close-up photograph of the defective area, or the area that requires servicing/repairs. We will request for more details when required. If you require our assistance to go to your location for assessment, an assessment fee of $40 shall apply before our courier heads down. If it is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will refund you the assessment fee in full.


Warranty Period

Munic Mall warrants that all items to be free of defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Munic Mall  will repair or replace part(s), at Munic Mall ’s option. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse of product, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

This Warranty is not transferable and any subsequent purchaser buys the product ‘as is’, is without the protection of the Warranty. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

Subject to the availability of our logistic resources, the date and time of the pickup of the repair or exchange of the defective item will be allocated to you.


Cancellation Policy

As we work fast to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible, all orders are processed after 12 hours of your order placement or payment, and cancellations may only be made within the first 12 hours after payment is made. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a fee of 10-12% order amount. This fee is incurred once an order has been placed online.


NO return or cancellation is allowed for any customized items (custom colours, fabric, sizing, or special instructions).

Lead Time

Production requires an estimated 4-7 weeks from payment, unless otherwise stated by our sales team. 

Lead time is estimated but not guaranteed. It may vary or be affected by factors beyond our control, such as production delays, freight schedule changes, public holidays, or adverse weather, Covid situation.

Orders cannot be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery.
